We want you to be satisfied with every placement. This policy explains when we replace, credit or refund an order.
Replacement guarantee
If a link we placed is removed within 12 months for a reason other than your own request or a change to your target page, we will replace it on a comparable website at no cost. If we cannot find a comparable replacement, we will issue a credit for the order value.
When a refund applies
Refunds are considered where a placement cannot be delivered as agreed and no acceptable alternative is available.
- The agreed link type, such as dofollow, was not delivered and cannot be corrected.
- A link is removed within 12 months and cannot be replaced.
- An order is cancelled before work begins.
When a refund does not apply
We cannot refund where the link is live and meets the agreed specification, where removal was caused by your own actions, or where a search engine later changes how it treats a link. Ranking changes are never guaranteed.
How to request a refund
Raise a ticket in the customer portal against the affected order. We investigate every claim, confirm the link status, and respond with a decision and next steps.
