Write for us

We publish practical, first-hand work on link building and SEO. If you have done the thing rather than read about it, we want to read it.

What we publish

Everything on our blog comes from work that was actually carried out — campaigns we ran, audits we performed, or analysis we can show. We are not looking for a summary of what someone else already wrote.

Link building strategy

Outreach that works, prospecting methods, qualification criteria, and how campaigns are measured.

SEO fundamentals

Technical audits, crawl budget, internal linking, indexation and the parts of SEO that still move rankings.

Content and digital PR

Earning links with assets people actually want to cite — data studies, tools, expert commentary, link reclamation.

Agency operations

Reselling link building, reporting to clients, pricing margins, and scaling delivery without losing quality control.

Industry experience

What happened when you ran a campaign in a specific vertical — finance, health, travel, B2B SaaS, ecommerce.

The quality bar

  • Original. Nothing that has been published or syndicated anywhere else.
  • Specific. Numbers, screenshots, examples and the reasoning behind them.
  • Readable. Typically 1,200–1,800 words, with headings, and written for a practitioner.
  • Checkable. Any statistic you cite has to link to its source.

What we decline

  • Thin, generic posts written for a link rather than a reader.
  • Content that has been published or syndicated elsewhere.
  • Topics unrelated to SEO, link building, content marketing or running an agency.
  • Posts where the link is the entire point — the article has to stand on its own.
  • Unverifiable claims, fake statistics or expert quotes we cannot check.
  • Promotion of a PBN, link farm, or any service that sells links by DR alone.

How to pitch

The fastest route is the pitch form — it lands straight in the review queue. You can also email support@bigranklinks.com with the subject line Write for us. Include:

  1. The working title, in one line.
  2. A two or three sentence outline of the argument.
  3. Two or three past samples of your writing.
  4. The domain you write for and one contextual link you would include.
  5. Who you are and why you are the person to write this.

What happens next

Every pitch is read by a person. You will get one of three answers: accept, a request to revise, or a decline with a reason. Accepted drafts are edited before publication and we confirm the final version with you first — nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Published contributors get a bio, a link back to their own site, and a record of the article they can reuse in their own outreach.

Have something worth publishing?

Pitch the outline first — it saves us both a draft that was never going to be accepted.
