The service
We provide access to a marketplace of third-party websites and related link building services. Publisher metrics are third-party estimates and may change. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.
Placements are subject to publisher availability and editorial approval. We may decline an order where the target, anchor or content would breach our standards or the publisher's.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the content you supply.
- You must own or have permission to promote the target pages you submit.
- You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.
- You must not use the service to manipulate search results in ways that breach applicable laws or the policies of search engines.
Payment and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and are payable in the currency stated. Orders are not started until payment is received or credit terms are agreed. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.
If a placement cannot be delivered, we will offer a comparable replacement or a credit or refund in line with our refund policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost rankings.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or poses a risk to the platform or other users.
